Custom made items (i.e. tote bags, tanks, t-shirts) are eligible for exchange or store credit if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery date and item is postmarked within 5 business days of mutual agreement of return shipment of good(s). (This means if a return/exchange is agreed upon on June 1st, the postmark on your return parcel should be no later than June 5th). ​Custom made items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be valid for exchange/store credit. ​ 

 

Restocking Fee ​ 

We charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase returned for an exchange or store credit if contacted within 48 hours and postmarked within 5 business days of return agreement. Items postmarked after 5 business days of agreement will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 

 

Return Shipping Fees 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing parcels. Please get tracking for your return shipments.
